Healthy & Shiny Hair!


Hey Guys! I have found some good remedy's for healthy and shiny hair! So have a read!

Avocado & Egg:
mash a ripe avocado with one egg and apply to wet hair. Leave in for approximately 20min, then rinse thoroughly. For damaged hair, once a week. For healthy hair, once a month.

Mayonnaise leave-in conditioner:
Rub in enough mayonnaise to coat your hair and leave in for at least 1 hour (the longer the better) and then wash out thoroughly. This works great for me!

Condensed milk conditioner:
As a substitute of conditioner, use condensed milk. This just helps to give your hair the extra shine.

Don't spray too much!
Make sure to only spray a max of three sprits of hairspray as it weigh's your hair down.

Save your hair till the end!
Get dressed and apply your makeup before doing your hair. Studies show that the more wet your hair is, the more likely it is to damage.

Allow time...
Give yourself 6-8 weeks in between colour treatments.

Want bouncy hair?
Occasionally only shampoo your roots and apply conditioner to the ends, then rinse.

Wear your hair up a lot?
Try to give yourself a couple of hours with your hair out to give it a break.

Prepare for the pool!
Before jumping in the pool, comb through some conditioner to help protect your hair from any harsh chemicals.
