Keep your nails strong and healthy!

Hey Guys! I have found these tips on how to keep your nails strong and healthy!

1. Apply vaseline (petroleum jelly) on the cuticles before you go to bed each night. You can also use cuticle creams/gels .

2. Wear rubber gloves when doing housework or dishes.

3. Make sure you dry hour hands and feet thoroughly after having a shower or going for a swim as it will protect your nails from any fungal infections.

4. have a glass of milk and a boiled egg a day. This will increase the zink in your nails and will do wonders for your nails!

5. File your nails in one direction only rather than going back and forth.

6. Massage your nails. This will increase the bold flow and your nails will grow quicker.

7. Make sure to polish your nails, even if it's with a clear polish to keep your nails strong and make it harder for them to chip.

8. If possible apply a top coat each day.
